1. What are Deva´s hours of operation?
Our online boutique is opened 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. You can reach Deva at any time through email at info@devashoppers.com.
2. How do I know if Deva has received my order?
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation of transaction email to confirm that Deva has received your order and your transaction has gone through.
3. Which methods of payment does Deva accept?
Deva accepts both Mastercard and Visa.
4. How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Currently Deva is shipping Canada Post Xpress and Expidited which typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reach all Canadian residences. Deva does not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. Deva will contact the customer if there are any delays in shipping. Delays can be due to backordered items - Please see next question.
5. Does Deva backorder product?
Unfortunately Deva will have to backorder items that are sold out. We try to keep our website as updated as much as possible by listing the availability of each item. Please note this before placing your order. If something is backordered that you have ordered Deva will contact you with an estimated time of availability you then have the choice of waiting or cancelling your order in which you will receive a complete refund including any applicable shipping charges.
6. When will I know if my product ships?
Deva will confirm shipping with an email and tracking number once your order has shipped. We will also try to estimate your time of delivery.
7. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Deva ships World Wide. Please see our Shipping and Returns section for more information. All Deva prices are in Canadian funds.
8. How do you ship items?
Presently we use Canada Post Xpress and Expidited shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
9. Can I return or exchange a product?

10. What if I would like to pick up my order from Deva rather than have it shipped?
If you live in Deva´s area and would like to pick up your order rather than having it shipped please contact Deva. Deva will put aside your items (if in stock). Please note Deva will only hold your items for 24 hours.
